Job Description
As a Registered Massage Therapist at Aim Therapy & Wellness Centre, your primary
responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive client assessments to understand their needs and
health history. - Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Providing various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and
prenatal massages. - Educating clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommending appropriate
home care practices. - Maintaining detailed and accurate client records.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client
care. - Keeping updated on the latest techniques, research, and developments in massage
therapy.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have: - Current registration with the relevant regulatory body as a Registered Massage
Therapist. (College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC) - Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and their therapeutic applications.
- A high level of professionalism and a commitment to ongoing professional
development. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Types - Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract.
- Contract Length: 12 months or as agreed.
- Flexible Hours: 5 to 40 hours per week or as agreed.
