Mini has dedicated her time in the healthcare profession for over a decade. She had previously worked alongside physiotherapists as a rehabilitation therapist within a care facility for Fraser Health for over 10 years. Since 2021, as a registered massage therapist, Mini continues to provide exceptional care for her patients. Mini combines her experience and passion for an active lifestyle to encourage her patients and their recovery. Working with all age groups, she uses various techniques such as fascial release, Swedish, joint mobilization and PNF to help her patients according to their needs. To maintain a healthy lifestyle for herself, Mini practices yoga and believes in quality time with her family.

Jasmin is the face behind the day-to-day operations and organizing daily tasks and schedules. Jasmin uses her experience gained in volunteering in hospitals and care facilities to connect with individuals.
She brings forth a talkative and friendly personality welcoming everyone. Through her chats she never misses the chance to create a joyful and laughter filled environment.

Dianna Filippelli
Physiotherapist
Dianna is a versatile and dynamic physiotherapist who has over fifteen years of clinical experience, practicing in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. She completed a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University (2008), and a Bachelor’s of Human Kinetics (2006) from the University of British Columbia. Dianna is a member of The College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia, the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, the Australian Musculoskeletal Network and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Dianna has acquired a diverse clinical background in the areas of acute hospital care, occupational rehabilitation, chronic pain, sports injuries and vestibular disorders. She delivers a high level of client-centered care, tailoring her treatments to the client’s personal goals and functional needs. She has a particular interest in shoulder dysfunction, spinal injuries and clinical Pilates. Outside of work, Dianna enjoys yoga, meditation, Pilates, reading, writing, fashion and downhill skiing.
Dr Kim Bianca Castelo Branco

I was born in South Africa and graduated with a Masters Degree in Chiropractic (CUM LAUDE) from the University of Johannesburg. After graduation, I stayed in South Africa and practiced for 8 years in a family and sport-based practice, caring for a variety of people of all ages, including infants, pregnant families and athletes. I also provided chiropractic care for underprivileged communities near Johannesburg, which had limited access to healthcare. I am currently a registered chiropractor in Canada, Australia and South Africa after completing national board exams for all 3 countries. I provide a holistic approach to chiropractic care that focuses on wellness and prevention. I have a gentle, hands-on approach that utilizes manual chiropractic and instrument-assisted techniques (diversified and Activator techniques respectively) to help you improve your body at every stage of life. For instance, I can focus on pain-relief, posture-care, and/or maintenance and wellness care to respect your health goals. I am also trained and certified to provide the Webster technique, which is known to help optimize pelvic alignment. Many pregnant families will see me for this technique for before, during and after pregnancy. I have also completed further studies into pediatric care. I have also completed the International Certificate in Sport Chiropractic (ICSC) and I am a certified FAKTR Rehab Provider (Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab). I am a member of the International Chiropractic Paediatric Association (ICPA) and the International Federation of Sport Chiropractic (FICS). I have a passion to help all ages embrace their full potential to heal and live the healthy life that they deserve! I want to help empower you to discover the cause and to fix the underlying cause of your health concerns, increase the functioning of your body and enhance your adaptability to stress.
Mia (Siu Yu Chan)
Acupuncturist
Mia specializes in sports injuries, pain relief and digestive issues and strongly believes in the body’s ability to heal itself with some help from acupuncture. Mia delivers effective treatments by Acupuncture, Cupping and Acupressure. Her philosophy for her work is based on removing obstacles and redirecting energy to help the body regain balance. Prior to studying Acupuncture, Mia was a Mechanical Engineer for a few years, she then developed a keen interest in TCM and decided to pursue a career in TCM. Beyond her professional role, she likes to play badminton, snowboarding, meditation and spend time in nature.
Emily (Emilinda Banez)
Physiotherapist
Emily Banez completed her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in the Philippines and worked as an Instructor and Head Clinical Supervisor/Chief Physical Therapist at University of Baguio prior to coming to Canada. Since she obtained her Canadian PT license in 2008, she has worked in different settings and attended several continuing education to enhance her knowledge and skill and found particular interest in vestibular therapy and concussion management. Since 2011, she has been helping patients who struggle with vestibular and post-concussion symptoms. She is certified by American Institute of Balance in Vestibular Rehab and Level 2 Shift Concussion provider. Educating patients and understanding their needs are routine in her sessions to encourage her patients to actively participate in their recovery. In her spare time, she loves to watch movies, read novels, and play with her dog, Vodka. Emily still finds time to provide financial literacy to families.
Kristen Rich
Massage Therapist
Kristen is a dedicated healthcare professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Graduating from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2006 as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Kristen embarked on a journey to deepen her understanding of the human body and its intricacies. Driven by a passion for holistic wellness and patient empowerment, Kristen recently completed a rigorous five-year program in Osteopathy at the Canadian School of Osteopathy, with exams on the horizon. Through this comprehensive education, Kristen has honed her skills in diagnosing and treating various musculoskeletal issues, with a particular focus on cranial sacral, visceral and fascial techniques. At the core of Kristen’s practice is a commitment to helping individuals achieve their health goals. Beyond providing relief from symptoms, Kristen strives to educate patients about the underlying causes of their discomfort, empowering them to take an active role in their own healing journey. With a compassionate approach and a wealth of knowledge, Kristen is dedicated to guiding clients towards optimal health and well-being, one session at a time.

Jonathan Zhang
Dr. TCM
Jonathan Zhang is a Registered Acupuncturist, Herbalist and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He is a registered member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia. He has advanced training in Chinese Medicine from some famous masters of Chinese Medicine in China and has finished Doctor of TCM program at International College of Chinese Medicine of Vancouver.
As a health care practitioner of Chinese Medicine, Jonathan’s specialty is acute and chronic pain, auto injuries, sports injuries, GERD, IBS, Crohn’s Disease, skin disorders, Fertility and Women’s wellness etc. Rather than chasing signs and symptoms, his goal is to uncover the root cause of an ailment, employing a multi-tiered and integrative approach through means of treating the body, mind and spirit. He has a passion to explain to his patients about the philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in a clear and concise manner to allow his patients comfort, confidence, and involvement in their treatment and healing. He helps his patients by providing individualized effective treatments which can include acupuncture, cupping, Tuina(massage), Scraping(Gua Sha), acupressure massage and Electrical Stimulation, as well as food cures(diet changes) .
He also has advanced training in Chinese Pediatric Massage, which effectively can treat many childhood ailments, such as the common cold, cough, eczema, vomiting, nausea, constipation and diarrhea.
Simon Le
Kinesiologist
I am Simon Le, a dedicated kinesiologist whose career was deeply influenced by a personal car accident in 2018. Experiencing transformative care from a kinesiologist during my recovery inspired me to pursue a degree from the University of the Fraser Valley, graduating in 2021. As a kinesiologist, my mission is to empower individuals on their paths to recovery, performance enhancement, and overall well-being by crafting personalized exercise programs rooted in evidence-based practices.
Beyond my professional role, I am an avid hiker and fitness enthusiast, integrating my personal passions into my practice to infuse joy and vitality into clients’ lives. I view each client interaction as an opportunity for positive change, not just in aiding recovery but in instilling lasting confidence and agency in their health journey.
Continual learning is paramount in my approach, ensuring that I stay abreast of the latest developments in kinesiology.
